For short-term psychiatric care, SLBH is in-network with most major insurances, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Select Health, United Healthcare, Tricare, many Utah Medicaid plans, and many more. For our residential 30-day military trauma program, we can accept TRICARE West, TRICARE East, TRICARE Overseas, and we can accept veterans with a referral from their local VA.

For our residential 30-day addiction program, we accept Medicare and Tricare (all regions).
