The Courage to Change Addiction Medicine Rehab program is an ASAM 3.7 30-day program, that features 24/7 nursing supervision and daily access to providers. At Salt Lake Behavioral Health we focus on both addiction recovery and addressing trauma through daily therapeutic interventions focusing on skills development, recovery, relapse prevention, and aftercare planning. Our master’s level therapists provide weekly individual therapy as well as family therapy designed to most appropriately meet the needs of each individual as they journey towards recovery.
